At Bliss World Store, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that don't meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
